Day at the Capitol

Please join the Jump$tart Financial Literacy Coalition for a day at the Capitol from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on February 2 in anticipation of Money Smart Colorado week. 

There will be several great opportunities during our day at the Capitol:

  • Learn about the legislative process and get an insider’s perspective on how to influence state government
  • Hear from the legislative leadership
  • Be part of Jump$tart’s presence as a coalition in support of financial education
  • And, if time allows, view the action on the floor 

While you’re at the Capitol, consider reaching out to your local legislators. Consider making an appointment to speak to your local legislators personally, or just let them know that you’ll be at the capitol to support financial education, please contact them in advance.
